Weather
⛈️ Rain again becomes likely today, and rain chances will continue throughout the weekend.
Almanac: Sunrise/Sunset - 6:27/8:41 • Records - 90° (1962), 32° (1983) • YTD Rainfall - 25.1" (Normal - 23.9")
Details: We'll see rain likely today, with a chance for thunderstorms as well. Temperatures will be in the mid 70s. It's likely we'll have light rain showers ongoing as day breaks today and showers will be with us for much of the day. However, we may see coverage start to taper off as we get into this evening. There's an 80% chance of rain tonight, but there's a possibility that we may be calm for much of the night. However, thunderstorms are likely to develop during the day tomorrow. There's a chance for showers and storms to continue into Sunday, as well. Rain totals will depend on whether we have thunderstorms develop. If we do, our rain totals could exceed an inch by the end of the day tomorrow. The bulk of the rain and storms on Sunday may be to our east, but it's too soon to say that for sure.
Further Out: Rain will be less likely to start next week, with warmer temperatures that will push near the mid 80s. Rain will become likely again by Wednesday. Everyone is sick of the nearly constant rain chances, but this is going to remain our general weather pattern for the remainder of May. We might see a reprieve from the rain chances after Memorial Day.
